DealGuard AI - Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 26, 2026. DealGuard AI is a business memory application for iPhone published by Stefan Epistatu. Your privacy is the product's foundation: DealGuard collects no personal data.

DATA STORAGE: Everything you enter - contacts, companies, deals, commitments, payments, decisions, notes and voice transcriptions - is stored locally on your device in Apple-protected storage. We operate no servers, and none of your business data is transmitted to us or to any third party.

INTELLIGENCE FEATURES: DealSnap extraction, Business Radar and analysis features run entirely on your device. Voice transcription uses Apple's speech recognition; where the system supports it, on-device recognition is requested. No business content is sent to us.

PURCHASES: The one-time unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details. Purchase entitlement is verified on-device via StoreKit.

NOTIFICATIONS: Deadline reminders are scheduled locally on your device. With Hide notification content enabled, reminder text contains no business details.

ANALYTICS AND TRACKING: The app contains no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.

DATA EXPORT AND DELETION: You can export all of your data (JSON backup, CSV) at any time from Settings - Data, regardless of purchase state. Deleting the app deletes all locally stored data. DealGuard is a business tool and is not directed at children. Any changes to this policy will be published on this page with a new effective date. Questions: stefan@support-remote.org
